SKOLE, UKRAINE - MAY 1, 2015: A house that during World War II served as the local headquarters of the NKVD, a Soviet secret police agency, and which is believed to contain a well in the basement in which the bodies of Ukrainian partisans were dumped, in Skole, Ukraine. The organization Dolya was formed to excavate and repatriate remains from World War II, though its focus is often on locating the graves of Ukrainian partisans killed by Soviet forces.
