Viktor, who declined to provide his last name, fishes near the local Soviet-era thread factory, which he helped to build, on Sunday, May 29, 2016 in Dubrovytsya, Ukraine. The factory has been closed since the collapse of the Soviet Union, and much of the town lost their jobs.
